The lodge has 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and 1 other bathroom. It has a lounge and a dining area and a kitchen.

I am selling with everything included in the lodge as i am moving to Thailand and cannot take anything with me.

The lounge has a top quality wall mounted TV and all three bedrooms have wall mounted TV's. As i said before, it is fully centrally heated and double glazed and has an alarm fitted.

I have bought many new things for the lodge, including a top quality sofa for the lounge and 3 new beds with memory foam mattresses.

The park has just increased the price for second hand lodges to £79995 and i am selling for £49995, so as you can see this is a real bargain!!
